Photo Upload Terms and Conditions

1. The prize draw is run by SWS UK t/a SeceuroGlide Garage Doors (Security Window Shutters Ltd, Hornby Road, Claughton, Lancaster, Lancashire LA2 9LA).
2. By uploading an image when registering your SeceuroGlide warranty, you agree that:
   1. You have read these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to abide by all clauses within these Terms and Conditions.
   2. You are the home owner and legal owner of the copyright of the image.
   3. You give permission for your review, including name, location, rating, comments and image, to be used in promotional materials including (but not limited to) the SeceuroGlide.co.uk website, the SWS.co.uk website and on SeceuroGlide and SWS UK social media.
   4. You consent to enter the prize draw to win a £100 voucher for Amazon UK.
3. Only one entry per registration. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
4. There is 1 prize: one £100 Amazon voucher.
5. The prize draw closes at 11.59 pm on 31st December 2024. The winner will be drawn at random by SWS UK on 3rd January 2025.
6. The winner will be notified by email on 6th January 2025. If the winner does not claim the prize within 30 days of being notified, then they will forfeit the prize and a re-draw will take place. To claim the prize the winner must follow the instructions in the email notifying them that they are the winner. The winner will receive their prize no later than 30 days after they claim the prize.
7. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
8. SWS UK retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
9. The name of the winner will be available after 6th January 2025 by emailing marketing@swsuk.co.uk.
   In the event of any dispute, SWS UK’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
